Product Manager, Healthcare Technology

This small, incredibly successful healthcare scale-up is seeking a Product Manager to support a diverse UK user base, including various NHS trusts, individual hospitals, and medical device businesses. The successful candidate will have real-world experience of the NHS healthcare ecosystem.
The role:
- You will contribute to the product roadmap for a healthcare technology platform for the management of musculoskeletal patients, working closely with other product managers to ensure maximum synchronicity with the wider UK and US markets
- You will help to align the roadmap with the company’s overall vision and objectives and play a key role in adapting and executing product initiatives tailored to the UK market
- Identify market needs and opportunities by working closely with clients, stakeholders, and the user community. Work with the Agile Product Owner to ensure high quality requirements are captured and documented
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data analytics, and customer support to deliver world-class products
- Define, monitor, and analyse product KPIs, delivering reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software, healthcare, or related industry
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
- A passion for digital health technology and its potential to improve healthcare outcomes
Desirable:
- Previous experience within musculoskeletal or orthopaedics
- Some prior understanding of the NHS healthcare ecosystem
This role may involve some occasional travel to meet with clients and stakeholders in the UK.
The office is based in central London with the requirement to work there at least weekly (usually Wednesday).
