This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Product Manager (Growth) for an innovative, well-backed Marketplace that are currently revolutionising their market. This is a new development set up by entrepreneurs from world-leading technology platforms who have a track record for advising some of the world's largest companies.

The interview process will involve a short introductory conversation with the Head of Product, 1 conversation with a Founder and an in-person case study to get a good feel for the company's excellent culture.

This company has taken a new approach to its market, as they are seeing great success whilst redefining how automotive consumers maintain their vehicles through technology.

This company is backed by some of the most influential business leaders and institutions across Europe, having raised substantial funding to support their exponential growth.

THE ROLE

As a Product Manager (Growth), you will be involved in creating, managing and monitoring products and product features with the goal of acquiring new customers and entering new markets.

More specifically you can expect to be involved in the following;

  • Owning the product roadmap - focusing on growth and entering new markets
  • Leading on conversion / CRO metrics (ab testing for example)
  • Integrating products into workflows
  • Agile working with the goal of continuously improving development processes in collaboration with the development team
  • End-to-end development and delivery of the product roadmap

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Product Manager (Growth) will have the following skills and requirements;

  • Experience working with full ownership over products, including end-to-end management
  • Experience with Growth essential, but entering new markets desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communicational skills with a strong ability to work cross-functionally
  • Good experience developing customer journeys that have translated into an excellent customer experience and high conversion rate
  • Proven experience in driving acquisition/retention
  • Experience managing products in a digital environment are essential

THE BENEFITS

The successful Product Manager (Growth) will receive a salary up to £60,000 as well as an extensive benefits package. The interview process will consist of 3 stages - 2x initial video conversations and a face-to-face.
