Project Manager - Commercial Office Fitouts

Project Manager required for my client based in central London, who work within the design and build sector, working on large format printing, commercial office fitouts and high end projects, and acoustics predominantly.

You will need to come from a commercial, high-end projects and / or large format and graphic printing background, of product management to be considered for the position.

The successful project manager will join the London team and work within a team of 3 project managers.

• Assisting with overall project management responsibility as assigned by a specific account manager.
• Pricing tenders and projects using in-house systems, specify items for ordering, co-ordinate installations, carrying out site surveys.
• Read building plans to translate into quotations.
• Schedule jobs through the business to ensure in time full delivery.
• Liaise internally with design, production and installation teams to ensure the job runs within agreed budgets.
• Input quotations into clarity for the relevant account director to cost.
• Pass new enquiries generated to the correct area of the business.

• Industry knowledge from one of the following; prints, signage, office interiors, commercial fitouts, acoustics or high-end projects.
• Previous experience working within a project engineer / manager position.
• Attention to detail - especially during site surveys.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and have good time management.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Based within a commutable distance of central London.

• Salary - 40,000 to 45,000 - dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.
• Full time position - Monday and Friday.
