Join a forward-thinking and highly regarded brand at the forefront of innovation in the FMCG industry. We are seeking a Research and Insights Manager to deliver actionable consumer insights, supporting the UK team in shaping and executing future-focused brand strategies aligned with market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research Leadership: Conduct and deliver in-depth research on consumer behaviour and the external trading environment, driving informed decision-making.
  • Insights Integration: Act as the central contact for research programmes, ensuring insights are effectively analysed, shared, and integrated across marketing teams.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and present performance reports and trackers, providing Senior Management with key KPI metrics, including Retail and Trade Sector overviews.
  • Interactive Reporting: Create dynamic, user-centric reports that highlight emerging trends and provide actionable recommendations to drive business strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of analytical/statistical experience, with a strong background in consumer and trade research.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with forecast modelling software (preferred).
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distil complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
