The agency partners with organisations across healthcare, pharma, and sustainability, helping them make informed decisions through a mix of research, data science, and creative strategy.

The TeamThis role sits within the Insight team, a growing group of 11 researchers (soon to be 13), led by a seasoned leadership team with deep sector knowledge. The team specialises in mixed methods research, with most projects focused on pharmaceutical and healthcare brands. They work collaboratively with a central data science team and across multiple in-house practices.

The RoleAs Research Manager, you'll play a hands-on role running end-to-end research projects from brief through to delivery. You'll be client-facing from day one, managing both quant and qual research while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and data scientists.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing research projects across healthcare/pharma clients from proposal to delivery

  • Leading client relationships and presenting insights in a clear, compelling way

  • Designing and managing mixed methods studies - with flexibility to lean toward your strength

  • Supporting pitch development and contributing to new business where relevant

  • Working with advanced analytics and data science partners to enhance research outcomes

  • Providing strategic recommendations that help shape policy, brand, and positioning

Your Background

  • 3-5 years of experience in market research, ideally with a strong focus on healthcare or pharma

  • Comfortable with both quant and qual methodologies (can lean toward one)

  • Knowledge of data science and advanced analytics (e.g., segmentations, regressions, key driver analysis)

  • Excellent communication skills and confident presenting to clients

  • Pitching or proposal-writing experience is a plus
