This Tech & AI enabled agency has created a dynamic platform and data products to enable a range of clients to acquire powerful data about what we think and do as citizens and consumers. They are on a mission to close the knowledge gap on public opinion and offer clients deep insight with high accuracy at speed.
They seek to add a Research Manager to take the lead with clients and deliver quantitative research projects from start to finish. You will be keen to provide the ‘so what’ which enables clients to use and action your advice and recommendations.
This will be a varied role as clients come to them with different needs. The focus is on the social/political space where you will help and advise clients with:
- Campaign support - understanding trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Audience deep dives – audience segmentation to understand supporters, persuadables, and opponents on any issue.
- Segment audiences by areas to enable macro and local understanding.
They also have a strong offer in the consumer space allowing for a role with variety and a breadth of learning and development. In this area you will help and advice clients on:
- Consumer trends – consumer behaviour, attitudes, interaction with products.
- Product innovation.
- Advertising and creative optimisation.
This role will best suit someone who has a solid quantitative research agency background who has ideally worked with public sector clients, someone who understands all parts of the process but is not looking to be pigeonholed and is keen to keep developing and widening their skills (eg using AI in research). Someone who enjoys variety, loves working directly with clients and is happy to do what is needed to get the job done.Â
