Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting and interpreting quantitative analysis.
  • Providing expert advice on quantitative evidence.
  • Assisting in the preparation of policy papers and briefings.
  • Representing the organisation at meetings and events.
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders to gather data and insights.
  • Supporting the wider research team with research and analysis tasks.
  • Ensuring all work is aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.

Profile

Essential:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to present and interpret quantitative data, drawing out insight and key findings.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with a range of stakeholders within the Not-for-Profit sector
  • Ability to understand the wider policy environment, identify the motivations and needs of different stakeholders, and the policy issues.
  • Ability to manage a workload across multiple projects, prioritise, and deliver to deadlines that can change.
