Role: National Sales Manager

Our client is a leading distributor of lighting components and controls, providing high-quality solutions across multiple industries. They have built a strong reputation for their technical expertise and ability to support fast-moving projects for contractors, end-users, and distributors.
Due to expansion, they are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the sector, driving new business and strengthening existing relationships within the lighting components market.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring long-term success in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lighting component sales, with a proven track record of business development and relationship management. You will be a strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Salary/Package: 65,000 basic salary + commission, car allowance, hybrid working with field-based travel.
