SENIOR INNOVATION DIRECTOR

UP TO £110,000

LONDON

Harnham is working with a leading research agency to find a new Senior Innovation Director to work on one of their key accounts. This role will influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic change within the business, working closely with the client to elevate products with insights.

THE ROLE

Leading the client account, building and maintaining strong relationships with the client across insights, innovation, R&D, and executive teams
Running multinational product testing and product optimization programs
Acting as an advisor, challenging thinking and adding value
Driving revenue growth through expansion of client partnerships
Inspiring and leading teams, cultivating a collaborative, excellence-driven culture.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong quant background with a good understanding of innovation research, pack testing, product testing, and concept testing
Excellent client management skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Commercial focus with a keen ability to identify and win new business opportunities
Experience running global accounts in an agency environment
Experience in the tobacco/nicotine industry is desirable
