KEY DUTIES
- Manage clients, oversee research projects, and ensure deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline standards.
- Design surveys, script and check questionnaires, interpret data, and create insight-led presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers, attend meetings, and present research findings when appropriate.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years client-facing research experience, strong knowledge of quantitative methodologies, and advertising industry interest.
- Skilled in questionnaire design, best practices, data analysis, and delivering clear communication to diverse audiences.
- Self-starter with attention to detail, critical thinking, responsibility for workload, and confident data interpretation.
