The Company:
An independent Market Research agency who specialises in social research are looking for a Senior Research Manager to join their team. They are ideally looking for a mixed methods researcher with a strong background working on social/public sector project within an agency environment.
This role sits within their community team coverage area's such a work & welfare, business & enterprise, health & welling and social housing.

The Role:
- Design high quality questionnaires and guides.
- Produce insightful, in-depth and publishable reports.
- Produce thoughtful, creative and impactful presentations and deliver these to clients.
- Lead the efficient running of multiple projects through effective planning and prioritisation.
- Be the first point of contact for the client, proactively ensuring that clients are kept up to date.
The candidate:
- Experience conducting quantitative or mixed methods research projects from proposal through to presentation.
- A background in working within the social/public sector within an agency environment.
- Previous experience working at Research Manager level within a market research agency.
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
