Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Marylebone, London
Salary: £42,000 pa
Hours: 40 hours per week (realistically 43 to 47 hours)

Join the team at a new and exciting Mediterranean restaurant in Marylebone! They offer a casual high-end dining experience with a refined Mediterranean sharing concept. The restaurant boasts 110 covers, a terrace, and a Private Dining Room (PDR). The restaurant has plans to try and win their first Michelin star in their first year open.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals.
Deliver exceptional, old-school service to our guests.
Conduct briefings and training sessions.
Oversee daily operations, particularly during service.
Support the refined sharing concept and innovative kitchen.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager for seamless operations.
Handle opening, closing, and cash-up procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in restaurant management in a high end venue is essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of old-school service principles.
Familiarity with European/Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
Ability to foster a positive team culture.
