Our restaurant manager will make our dining experience the best in our world class venue through strong leadership and coaching, supporting our team in delivering a warm and lasting impression to our guests so they come back time and time again.

Ourrestaurant managerwill have a natural flair for hospitality and be excited to deliver outstanding hospitality as part of Londons most loved dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality standards
• Lead and inspire our dedicated team
• Manage reservations with our head host, customer enquiries, and feedback
• Foster a positive work environment and staff development with regular training
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Two years experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to recruit, train and develop staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of restaurant management best practices
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve challenges effectively
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation platforms
