Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members, creating a culture of openness and trust.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure menu items are accurately represented and allergens are communicated effectively.
- Oversee daily operations, including shift briefings, staff training, and performance coaching.
