Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Location: Marylebone, London
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum
Contract: 48 hours per week
Concept: Casual High-end
Cuisine: European/Mediterranean, refined sharing concept
Capacity: 110 covers with terrace and Private Dining Room (PDR)

Overview:

We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join an exciting new Mediterranean restaurant in Marylebone. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be an integral part of the restaurant's leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of hospitality professionals to provide outstanding service.
Embrace an old-school service approach, ensuring guests are well taken care of.
Share knowledge and expertise through effective briefings and training sessions.
Maintain a keen overview of operations, particularly during service sections.
Contribute to the implementation of the refined sharing concept and progressive kitchen approach.
Uphold the vision of creating a neighborhood restaurant with European/Mediterranean flavors.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Opening and closing the restaurant.
Conducting cash-up procedures.
Overseeing the implementation and utilisation of an AI automatic system for cash-up and closing procedures, streamlining processes and reducing time spent.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of old-school service principles.
Familiarity with European/Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive team culture.
