The Role

The ARM is the floor master with strong presence and guest relations skills, that trickle down to and enhance the service experience. The role is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager with the running of the daily operations of the restaurant and observing / managing service standards excellence.

Reinforcing Park Chinois vision and precepts, the ARM leads by example, shares skills and knowledge, and model behaviours to inform, inspire and motivate the team to achieve the highest levels of guest care. Welcoming each guest in a personal manner along with the Reception team, the ARM ensures the smooth running of the service and that each guest enjoys Park Chinois experience at its finest.


Skills and Experience requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working as a Supervisor / Head Waiter, in a well-established restaurant, private members club or comparable establishment. He/she will have refined skills in all aspects of table service and maintenance, as well as developed food and wine knowledge.

Asian cuisine knowledge is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
