What Does the Role Entail?
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will collaborate effectively with the management team to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing service at tables, ensuring the team is well-trained, and delivering smooth service. You'll handle guest queries promptly and professionally, fostering a positive dining experience for all guests. Additionally, you will drive the brand's culture, training and developing the front-of-house team to uphold our standards of excellence.
What Skills Will You Have?
You will ideally have previous management experience in the London restaurant scene, preferably within a premium restaurant. You should possess a passion for delivering the highest levels of service and excellent organisational and communication skills. Effective multitasking abilities and the ability to motivate a team are essential, along with full rota flexibility.
