Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Fine-Dining Restaurant Mayfair, London

Salary: up to £45,000 package plus cash and card tips

I am looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with Michelin star or high-end experience, to join the recently opened fine-dining restaurant in Mayfair.

Priding themselves on their exceptional service, luxurious surroundings and exquisite food and wine offering; this is the opportunity to be a part of something very special.

You will work alongside the other Assistant Restaurant Manager and GM, guiding the team and providing phenomenal service to each and every guest.

Set across two fantastic floors, with each level offering guests intimate dining experiences; and an already high-performing team - trust us...this is not one to be missed.

Key Responsibilities:

Offering thehighestlevel of service at all times, to all guests.
Lead services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with team and guests.
Act as an ambassador for the restaurant.
People management and leadership.
Support compliance with all food safety, health and safety, and internal audits within the restaurant.
Ability to be flexible and adjust to high level customer demands.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-end or Michelin 1,2 or 3 star restaurant.
Pre-opening experience would be great, but not essential.
Ultimate understanding of 5* service.
Good team player, flexible and adaptable.
Strong organisation and management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with members and staff.
