Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team to provide an exceptional quality of service in our restaurant TOKii
  • Analysing food cost, beverage cost, payroll cost, expenses and sales volume
  • Ensuring and effective communication flow within the team including handovers, daily operations meetings, BEO meetings and team meetings
  • Delivering and monitoring the training and development of the service team ensuring they are fully signed off with standard operation procedures and compliance
  • Managing the in room dining and events operation

Restaurant Manager Desired

  • Have at least two years experience in a luxury hotel as a Restaurant Manager or similar.
  • Have worked to Forbes standards.
  • Knowledge of MICROS, Opentable and Procure Wizard.

As a Restaurant Manager you will be reporting to the Operations Manager within the Operations department of the hotel.
