Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

Leading the team to provide an exceptional quality of service in our restaurant TOKii
Analysing food cost, beverage cost, payroll cost, expenses and sales volume
Ensuring and effective communication flow within the team including handovers, daily operations meetings, BEO meetings and team meetings
Delivering and monitoring the training and development of the service team ensuring they are fully signed off with standard operation procedures and compliance
Managing the in room dining and events operation

Restaurant Manager Desired

Have at least two years experience in a luxury hotel as a Restaurant Manager or similar.
Have worked to Forbes standards.
Knowledge of MICROS, Opentable and Procure Wizard.

As a Restaurant Manager you will be reporting to the Operations Manager within the Operations department of the hotel.
