The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and leading the team to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and an outstanding guest experience.

  • Support staff training and development to maintain excellent service standards.

  • Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.

  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and supplier relations to ensure availability of high-quality ingredients and wines.

  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to implement promotional activities and improve revenue.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Passion for Italian cuisine and wines is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
