We are currently looking for energetic Assistant Restaurants Manager to join the Starhotels team on a full-time basis to support The Pelham Hotel and The Gore Hotel.

The Collezione consists of the groups top thirteen luxury five- and four-star hotels, located in the heart of Florence, London, Milan, Paris, New York, Rome, Saturnia, Siena, Trieste, Venice and Vicenza. Each hotel has a distinct charm, embodying the local culture while sharing the Italian spirit, creativity, passion, and high level of service that encapsulate the whole group.
Assistant Restaurant Manager duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:
Maintain service standards in absence of theRestaurant.
Oversee and supervision of the Restaurant team.
Training new employees.
Assists with inventory and management of suppliers.
Endure adherence to companys safety standards.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience in a similar role and in boutique hotels will be advantageous.
Ability of leading a team.
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
