    We are on the look-out for a bar manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of our incredible award winning hospitality concept.

    About the role

    We are recruiting for a Bar Manager to work alongside the management team and assist with the smooth running of the venue. You will be responsible for confidently running busy shifts managing a team of dedicated 35+ Fairgame bar team members. Along with the management team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the bar - including training, coaching and developing of team members, stock controls & practices and have creative input into the menu and stocklist..

    • Creative input in menu design & development
