- Manage supplier relationships & food safety standards
- Plan resources, shifts & VIP event catering
- Maintain high service levels & proactively improve processes
- Strong hospitality background (hotel, restaurant, or corporate)
- Team leadership & supplier management experience
- Food Hygiene Level 2+ & fine dining knowledge
