The idealFloor Managermust be passionate and have a background in fine dining restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private members clubs. You will train and mentor staff, oversee smooth operations ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintain impeccable fine dining standards whilst supporting your restaurant manager.
