At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor to join our evening team in Burr & Co with an Immediate start!

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2-minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays!

As a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor, we will support you to:

As our Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor you will be assisting with managing the evening operation within Burr & Co delivering an excellent guest experience. You will have previous experience leading a team within the food and beverage industry and are able to demonstrate your strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to multitask is essential as you will be working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You are, motivated, and engaged ensuring great service standards are maintained and most of all you are able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Confidence in leading the team and motivating them if the going gets tough!
• Passion for providing positive guest experiences and will be someone who loves to interact with our guests!
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed.
• A flexible approach to shifts and be willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
