£28,000 gross annual base salary plus service charge (£4-5K per annum based on business demand and hours worked) and benefits.
Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week contract Monday-Sunday.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor your responsibilities include:
- Supervising duties of the team and managing the department in the absence of your manager.
- To be fully conversant with menu items, presentation, accompaniments and availability.
- To be fully aware of all allergens and dietary requirements on the menu.
- To ensure that the Restaurant is presentable and always kept immaculate.
- To ensure each member of staff is fully trained
- To supervise the TOKii, Malt Lounge, Prince Room and Room Service duties.
- Assisting with performance appraisals, training and performance management.
- Ensuring that personal hygiene and grooming standards of the team are kept to the highest standard and following company policy.
- Keeping the team motivated and highly engaged during their duties.
Required
- At least 2 years experience working in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment during an evening service, either as a supervisor, team leader or senior waiter.
- Experience with supervising a team including conducting appraisals, maintaining standards, training and managing performance
- Strong product knowledge
