We arelooking for an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our talented team at Q Bar and Bistro at The Queens Gate Hotel.Passion for food and beverage and willingness to learn and grow is a must!
You will be responsible for confidently, give your full support to the management team in order to consistently deliver an outstanding level of service and memorable experience to our guests. You will also train and motivate the junior members of the team.
A passionate individual with a great personality and positive energy:
- Previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel
- Good knowledge of Hotels and Breakfast service is a must
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills

- A proactive approach with high attention to details
- An understanding of exceptional levels of guest service

As a Team leader you will be responsible for :
- Running the daily breakfast and lunch operation
- Lead by example
- Responsible for training new members of staff
- Stocktake and ordering
- Identify sales trends and revenue opportunities
- Manage and balance work loads
- Work well as a team member and as an individual
- Delivery tasks on a proper, and timely manner.
- Intermediate, Knowledge of Office package : Excel, Word is a must. Also some degree of IT literacy to use different computers and POS systems are mandatory.
