    • A minimum of 2 years experience at manager level in a similar environment

    • A bright, enthusiastic individual who loves to deliver great service

    • Any natural wine knowledge is preferable but not essential

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Excellent service: Be at the forefront of hospitality when serving regulars and visitors and sharing your excitement and knowledge with them

    • Managing the team and delegating FOH tasks before

    • Assisting with placing orders and managing deliveries

    • Understand and manage pricing and margins to ensure targets are met

    • Responding to and managing guest emails

    • Managing Sevenrooms

    • Understanding our reservation policies

    • Ensuring the bar and floor space is always a space to be proud of

    • Resetting up the floor space and bar if necessary

    • Closing and cleaning down the bar, cash counting and providing efficient and clear EOD handovers to management
