The Pelham Hotel, a distinguished boutique hotel in the heart of London, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team at La Trattoria by Alfredo Russo, and ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food and beverage service.

  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.

  • Maintain high standards in food presentation, portioning, and quality.

  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.

  • Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations.

  • Monitor budgets, payroll, and financial transactions.

  • Oversee stock levels, orders, and equipment maintenance.

  • Organise staff training programs to uphold service excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and alcohol service regulations.

  • Plan and coordinate catering services and special events.

  • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience.

  • Work closely with hotel management to align restaurant operations with business goals.

What Were Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end hospitality setting.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.

  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
