Restaurant Manager role:
As a Restaurant Manager your role will consist of:
Leading and managing breakfast and afternoon tea operations to ensure exceptional service and quality.
Overseeing all aspects of revenue generation, including efficient management of reservations and table turns.
Conducting financial reviews and analyses to drive financial performance, growth, and revenue protection.
Engaging and motivating staff through effective training and development programs, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Measuring and enhancing guest engagement and satisfaction, with a focus on improving NPS, Breakfast Trust You Trust You, guest satisfaction metrics on Trust You, TripAdvisor ratings, and other online rankings.
Handling a multitude of guest requests and inquiries to ensure exceptional experiences.
Driving the hotels KPI initiatives and cultivating a warm, genuine care ethos throughout the team.
Restaurant Manager requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:
Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager role, with a strong track record in revenue generation and financial management.
Exposure to managing fast paced and discerning guest led operations.
Exceptional communication skills and an engaging personality to connect with guests and team members.
Previous experience in managing a large, diverse team with a focus on staff engagement and development.
Passion for training and nurturing talent, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through effective leadership.
