The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of our venue, overseeing daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring every guest receives world-class service from the moment they walk through the door.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a pemium casual or fine dining setting

A guest-first mindset with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Proficiency in booking systems (e.g., OpenTable, ResDiary)
A hands-on, energetic presence on the floor
