We are searching for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at one of Camden's most iconic dining destinations. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a premium, high-service restaurant where every detail matters, and each evening is a carefully curated experience.
The Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service, outstanding guest experiences, and strong team leadership. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to create a memorable, high-end dining atmosphere, leading a team of professionals who are passionate about hospitality.
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering excellence in every service, with a single seating per evening focused on quality over quantity.
Leading & mentoring the front-of-house team, ensuring a polished and professional service.
Managing reservations & guest experience, tailoring each visit to provide a personal touch.
Overseeing service standards, from impeccable table settings to smooth coordination with the kitchen.
Collaborating on food & beverage pairings to enhance the overall experience.
Handling budgets, stock control, and P&L management, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality

A natural leader & mentor, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Someone with an obsession for detail, ensuring every element of service is flawless.
Experience in guest relations, delivering a refined and personalised experience.
Strong financial acumen, able to manage costs, stock, and operational budgets.
