Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.00pm/8.00am - 4.30pm (some flexibility required for evening events)

About the Role:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of food service and customer satisfaction. You will:

Supervise and mentor the front-of-house team, creating staff rotas and leading team briefings and training sessions.
Ensure food service areas comply with Food Standards Agency regulations, and that Health & Safety protocols are followed.
Maintain a strong floor presence during service to guarantee guest satisfaction, manage bookings and any special events, and handle any guest feedback professionally.
Build rapport with regular customers and key clients, ensuring that service is tailored to their needs.
Manage stock levels and liaise with kitchen staff on menu availability.
Handle financial responsibilities such as managing month-end accounts and sales reporting.
Ensure quality control standards are implemented and maintained across all food and beverage service.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a focus on excellence.

Key Skills & Requirements:

A love for food and service with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Strong leadership and time management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
Solid understanding of financials, including food gross profit margins and cost control.
Ability to maintain and deliver service standards in line with our companys vision and values.
Knowledge of market trends and a proactive approach to menu and service innovation.
DBS/background check required.
