Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food and beverage service.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
Maintain high standards in food presentation, portioning, and quality.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations.
Monitor budgets, payroll, and financial transactions.
Oversee stock levels, orders, and equipment maintenance.
Organise staff training programs to uphold service excellence.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and alcohol service regulations.
Plan and coordinate catering services and special events.
Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
Work closely with hotel management to align restaurant operations with business goals.

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
