Job Title: Retail Administrator

Location: The Strand

Remuneration: 14 per hour

Contract Details: Temporary, 4 months,

Days and Hours: Part-time, Monday- Friday (4hours a day)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office support tasks such as raising purchase orders, generating reports, and ensuring accurate stock control.
  • Utilise your expertise in Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, employing v-lookups and pivot-tables to organise data efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination of retail operations.
  • Provide exceptional support to the purchasing department by accurately processing orders and maintaining close communication with suppliers.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, constantly seeking ways to enhance efficiency and optimise business operations.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while performing administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an advantage; able to quickly adapt and utilise the system effectively.
  • Work closely with the finance department to reconcile invoices, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and providing analysis to the management team, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
