We are looking for a reliable and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within our prestigious residential apartments. This is a varied role that involves:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly handling requests and maintaining positive interactions with residents, guests, and visitors.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment across both front and back of house areas.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks as outlined in the shift task list, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a database of resident preferences and ensure personalized service delivery.
- Liaise with residents and guests via phone, email, or in-person to address inquiries or requests.
- Assist with the move-in and move-out process, ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
Shift pattern: 4 days on 2 days off rolling
Hours: between: 6:30 - 23:30
Salary: £29,000
