Position: Night Duty Manager

Location: The Corniche, London, SE1 7TJ

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700

Salary:  £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: A permanent position.

Development Details:

The Corniche is a luxury residential development located in London, along the Albert Embankment on the south bank of the River Thames. Developed by St James, part of the Berkeley Group in 2018, the development comprises of iconic towers, made up of 350 homes across apartments and penthouses. Residents benefit from a range of amenities, including a pool, spa, gym, cinema, private dining room, residents lounge with a bar, rooftop terrace, business suites, virtual golf, landscaped gardens and 24-hour concierge service. Nearby transport links include Waterloo, Westminster, and Vauxhall stations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Night Duty Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of night operations ensuring we deliver a high level of services to residents, the client, contractors and guest.
  • Delivering a high level of health and safety compliance, responsible for carrying out various inspections, patrols, uploading compliance documentation and ensuring any issues are recorded properly, reported to the relevant parties and rectified.
  • Ensuring a seamless service during the nights, overseeing the bar and leisure amenities and ensuring they are closed / opened punctually.
  • You will have a strong customer service background having worked in a similar role, supervising a small onsite team and ensuring SOPs are adhered to. In this role, you will be managing 3 Night Concierge.
  • You will already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • You will be a quick thinker, logical with the ability to take your own initiative in challenging situations and demonstrable experience in dealing with onsite emergencies and coordinating any site related issues.
  • You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries and complaints.
  • You are a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
  • You are always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
  • Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
