We're looking for a Reception Manager to join our team and take charge of providing world-class service at our reception while ensuring 5 star client service of our site. This highly visible role requires a strategic thinker who thrives on innovation and is committed to fostering a culture of excellence.

About the Role

As Reception Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and manage all Front of House services, ensuring exceptional experiences for our clients and visitors.
  • Conduct strategic reviews and operational planning to ensure service excellence and innovation.
  • Act as the bridge between clients, occupiers, and emerging property technologies, facilitating seamless transitions and future-ready solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality, best-in-class services while maintaining operational stability and meeting agreed SOPs and KPIs.
  • Manage staffing levels, team performance, and financial viability to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Handle client relationships, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
  • Lead and develop your team through appraisals, training, and social activities.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience: Previous experience in Corporate or Hotel Reception, with strong technical knowledge of meeting room systems and IT packages.
