Reception Manager in London - Account Manager / Front of House Manager / needed for corporate firm. If you are either a FOH Manager / Reception Manager for a Hotel or Corporate Firm, or an Account Manager for a reception services firm, or similar, then this may be a great career opportunity for you. This role would involve you taking ownership of managing service delivery across a portfolio, focusing on client satisfaction and operational excellence. This role requires you to build strong client relationships and support front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and consistent communication.
  • Oversee front-of-house teams, providing ongoing training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure service standards are met.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor service quality, assess team performance, and ensure compliance with client expectations and internal protocols.
  • Act as the key liaison between on-site teams, clients, and support offices, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead onboarding processes, conduct return-to-work interviews, and manage employee performance, including handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Regularly assess and enhance front-of-house services, making recommendations for improvements to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and handle transitions or changes in client needs to maintain service consistency.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee welfare, training needs, and addressing any operational challenges to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
