Are you an experience Studio/Office Manager with an interest in Interior Design? 

Our client are a multilayered, Branding and Interior Design Agency who develop iconic spaces, products and experiences and they're recruiting for a full time, permanent Studio Manager to oversee the day to day running of their design hub. This is a hybrid role requiring you to go into the office 1/2 days per week. 

We're looking for a proactive, diplomatic individual who can immerse themselves in all aspects of Studio life. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and studio space
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and feedback
  • Onboarding of new starters
  • Ordering and allocation of IT equipment 
  • Order resources including refreshments for all meetings
  • Receive, check and process designers expenses
  • Diary management for the 4 directors 
  • Plan and organise travel for all staff
  • Ensure all studio equipment is properly maintained, upgraded, and functional
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within the studio, implementing effective solutions
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 
  • Knowledge of studio operations, workflows, and best practices.
  • 1/2 years experience in a Studio or Office Manager role 
  • A proactive yet diplomatic approach to work 
  • Excellent skills in client interaction, relationship-building, and managing client expectations.
  • Ability to effectively allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and studio space.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve studio-related challenges.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all studio outputs.
