Key Responsibilities:
- Assess & Plan: Evaluate existing spray foam insulation to determine the best removal method.
- Safe Removal: Use specialised tools to carefully remove spray foam while preserving the underlying structure.
- Compliance: Ensure all materials are disposed of according to environmental and safety standards.
- Preparation: Prepare spaces for re-insulation or other work post-removal.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe work environment with proper PPE usage.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Knowledge of building and construction is advantageous although previous installers of spray foam or spray foam removal experience would be ideal.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Communication: Effective verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-Solver: Initiative and quick problem-solving abilities.
- Mobile:Â Able to work in various locations across the UK.
- Have their own transport although not essential.
