As Development Managers, theypartner with investment managers, institutional funds, money managers, insurance companies, local Authority pension funds and large corporations from inception to fully let/leased through to exit.
They help maximise value add opportunities within agreed risk parameters and capture longer term value and optionality.
They deliver on ever challenging sites and locations, and are well versed in solving difficult legal, technical, and political challenges, all requiring very different solutions.
Specifically they want a Development Manager to join the team to work on a 1000 unit mixed-use scheme in London. The Development is at RIBA stage 2 with 10 months to submit the planning application.
