About the Digital Account Director
As a Digital Account Director, you will be overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own strategic client relationships, ensure project excellence, and oversee a talented team to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities for the Digital Account Director:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Own the strategic planning and delivery of integrated digital campaigns, including social, PPC, SEO, content marketing, ABM, and marketing automation.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven, innovative, and impactful.
- Analyse campaign performance, present insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
About You
You're a digital expert with a strong track record of in B2B marketing campaigns and managing high-value client accounts. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strategic mindset paired with excellent communication skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyse data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Team management and mentoring experience.
