In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-potential clients, driving growth and delivering outstanding service through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Oversee and develop relationships with key clients to drive growth and satisfaction.
- Business Development: Proactively support new product development and market initiatives.
- Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring long-term profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Industry Growth: Help the organization navigate the evolving landscape of aviation finance with innovative solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with experience meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong background in leading and negotiating sales agreements, using a consultative approach.
- Experience in DaaS or SaaS sales, ideally within the finance or financial services sectors.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
- Quick thinker, able to grasp new concepts and work to tight deadlines.
