As the Senior Web Manager, you will drive website performance globally, working closely with the Digital, UX, and CRM teams. You will improve, conversion rates, and the user experience and lead the adoption of future technologies, including AI.

The Role:

  • Manage web development programs (Drupal CMS) and drive website innovation with a mobile-first, user-centric approach.
  • Optimise conversion rates through CRO strategies and A/B testing.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic rankings and drive traffic.
  • Ensure platform security, GDPR compliance, and site reliability in collaboration with IT.
  • Manage the website development budget to deliver a strong ROI and exceed business targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of six direct reports, driving performance and innovation.

The Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in website management.
  • Understanding of user-centred design methodologies (user testing, prototyping, wireframing and IA)
  • Experience leading and managing a team.
  • Proficiency in website/SEO tools such as Drupal 9, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog.
  • Experienced in A/B and MVT testing.
