Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Sales and Lettings Branch Manager in driving business growth.

Targeted monthly Sales and Lettings new business deals.

Personal commission on all agreed deals directly responsible for, plus commission from solicitor and financial service successful referrals.

Responsible for own Sales progression until completion.

Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.

Ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Working alongside the Branch Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations in the office.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Sales and Lettings within an estate agency.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent knowledge of the South West London property market.

Ideally ARLA qualified but not essential, we would actively encourage
