Sales Assistant - About the Role:
- Merchandising: Oversee the full product range, ensuring all offerings are up-to-date and accurately represented online.
- Order Management & Delivery: Manage the prompt and accurate delivery of orders. Support shipping of orders within the UK and internationally.
- Customer Journey: Enhance the customer experience to secure repeat business, managing relationships and expectations effectively.
- College Partnerships: Act as the key contact for the college directory, managing contracts and ensuring seamless communication. Ensure effective delivery of College Kit supplies.
- Stock Coordination: Coordinate suppliers and manage stock flow into the business, ensuring optimal inventory
- levels.
- Process Evaluation: Assess and improve our systems and processes related to stock control and sales analysis for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Industry Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships within the makeup community to drive brand loyalty and engagement.
- Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve results independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Resilient: Able to adapt to changing priorities and challenges with a positive attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Proactively enhance product knowledge within a specialist retail environment.
- People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a positive customer journey and maintain strong relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Problem Solver: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Minimum A-Level qualified.
- At least 4 years of retail experience, preferably in a specialist or makeup-related field.
- Based in West London would be beneficial for the role.
