Reed is partnering with a global B2B music/media distribution company looking to bring on an Accounts Receivable Assistant for a 14-Month maternity cover. This role is crucial for managing multi-currency invoicing and maintaining efficient financial operations across multiple global entities. Reporting to the International Finance Manager, this position offers a structured yet flexible working environment.
Responsibilities:- Update the invoice file with subscriptions and ensure it is prepared as part of the monthly billing process.
- Raise multi-currency invoices over 5 separate entities.
- Respond to client invoice queries and manage credit control.
- Allocate payments and reconcile client accounts.
- Maintain the inbox for general queries and information, responding as appropriate.
- Assist the Finance Manager with the administration of Withholding Tax documents and other postal duties.
- Prepare monthly commissions statements and reverse accruals from the previous month.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects as required.
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience.
- Experience with multi-currency transactions (GBP, EUR, USD, CAD) is desirable.
- Part-qualified or fully qualified in a relevant field.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with filing "Withholding Tax Documents" is highly beneficial.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience with NetSuite is desirable.
