Job Description:

As a Finance/ Accounts Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, supporting the senior Accounts Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

The role will be around 60% finance and 40% office support

Task include:

Invoices

accounts receivable

coding on the system

Payroll support

Running P&L Reports

Expenses

Chasing where needed

Office Administration (Diary management, support)

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in a finance team.

• Financial Aptitude: Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.

• Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
