Our client, an exciting and well known retail and e-commerce brand are looking to hire a Finance Assistant to join them!ROLE: Finance Assistant SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 per annumWHERE: West LondonWHEN: Monday - Thursday in office, Fridays WFH!

DUTIES:

  • Maintain accurate financial records correctly and efficiently
  • Process accounts payable and receivable invoices
  • Reconcile bank, vendor and customer accounts
  • Chase invoices accordingly
  • Prepare and process payments
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Full administrative duties for team
  • Provide excellent customer service to vendors and customers

WHAT'S NEEDED:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AP/AR
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software
